I opened my agency in November 2000, bringing with me decades of insurance experience after starting in the industry at just 19 years old. Today, I lead a small but dedicated team of three, and our office is known for its long tenure — some team members have been with us for more than 25 years. I’m a proud mom and grandmother who loves to travel, and our agency operates with the same family-oriented spirit that guides my life.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Diane Meeker - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $37,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
